The video discusses different electoral systems and proposes an interesting experiment with its detailed analysis. 
The idea of the experiment was to gather data that could then be
used to determine the winning decision. Election systems were used to determine
different winners with different systems. The experiment shows how these systems affect the
results in any circumstance, proving that there can be no ideal election system.
